Most classes are delivered online, and the remaining hybrid classes are made up of online instruction with a small number of face-to-face meetings.

Distance-delivered instruction can be incredibly convenient for those who have tight schedules or are unable to attend class on a fixed schedule. You’ll need to have some basic computer skills and have access to a computer and the Internet in order to take advantage of this program. For more details, contact the Academic Advising Center at 618-437-5321, Ext. 1266.

Flexibility

This brings us to Flexibility. With an Online degree from Rend Lake College you are in control. If you work days, fitting a standard college course into your work schedule is difficult. As an online student you access to more than seventy courses to choose from. Some of our classes, due to the rigor, are offered in hybrid form. Hybrid utilizes the online aspect of course development along with face to face class time, a blending of the best of both worlds.

Fewer Costs

As a business student you may be aware of the importance costs make when making decisions. If you think of the costs associated with taking a stand class you must take into consideration the cost of transportation. Driving to the college every day can get expensive, online courses reduce and may even eliminate this cost from your budget. This reduction in costs allows you to strech your dollar even farther.
