We’ve got Warrior spirit yes we do! We’ve got Warrior spirit, how about YOU?
Calling all RLC friends to show your Warrior spirit for Rend Lake College Giving Day!
What is Giving Day? Simply put, it’s a day for all RLC alumni, faculty, staff, students, and community supporters to unite… #TogetherAsWarriors… and make a lasting impact at Rend Lake College. Be sure to share your gift on our social media pages with #TogetherAsWarriors in the caption!
However you choose to designate your gift, know that no gift is too small when it comes to ensuring that education remains essential.
All gifts will be designated to the Strategic Priorities Fund unless noted otherwise at checkout.
The RLC Foundation's Strategic Priorities Fund:
- Give the gift of learning by helping a hardworking student pay for tuition, books, and can provide emergency assistance through our Student Emergency Fund.
- Ensures RLC's programs are maintained and can expand to serve the needs of our community.
- Supplies our programs with new equipment, technology, and simulations for the next generation.
- Ensures community members have access to educational opportunities.

Dr. Gary Sweeten talks about the impact Rend Lake College made on him as a student and why his family has supported future students at RLC for decades with the Thomas J. and Leota L. Sweeten Christian Memorial Fund Endowment, and the Dr. Gary Sweeten Isaiah 61 Scholarship. Additionally, students studying music at RLC walk down the Sweeten Corridor daily. It was named that in 2013 when Dr. Sweeten gave to a project to boost the program and renovate the music facilities.
